Olympia, Wash., June 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.25 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 16, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 14.65%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 20% or less and will lose 1.25% for every 1% that it may decline beyond 20%.
