Citigroup to price market-linked notes tied to iShares EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., June 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked notes due July 1, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any ETF gain, capped at par plus 19% to 21%. If the ETF finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
The notes will price on June 28.
The Cusip number is 17326Y4M5.
