Barclays to sell notes linked to iShares EM ETF and iShares EAFE ETF

By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., May 29 – Barclays Bank plc intends to price 0% notes due June 30, 2023 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final value of each fund is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 102% of the lesser-performing fund’s return.

If either fund declines, but both funds remain at or above 85% of their initial level, the payout will be par.

If the funds decline by more than 15%, but remain above 20%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Otherwise, investors will receive $950 per $1,000 of notes.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06747MWA0) will price June 25 and settle June 28.
