New Issue: Barclays prices $4.03 million of buffered notes due 2020 on index, ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., May 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4,025,000 of 5.3% buffered notes due May 27, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst-performing underlying falls beyond 20%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% the worst performer declines beyond the 20% buffer.
