New Issue: BMO prices $3.56 million buffered bullish enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE fund

Columbus, Ohio, April 2 – Bank of Montreal priced $3.56 million of 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due March 31, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of $1,200 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 18% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 18%.
