Credit Suisse plans digital plus barrier notes on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus barrier notes due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the worse performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the lesser performing asset’s return and the digital return of 50%.

If either asset falls but finishes above its 65% knock-in level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing asset.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 31.

The Cusip number is 22551LUB4.
