New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $314,000 buffered return equity notes on iShares EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $314,000 of 0% buffered return equity securities due Nov. 30, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return. If the fund declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 30%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
