Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $4.13 million of 6.05% coupon buffered securities due Oct. 28, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either component falls below the 20% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline of the worst-performing component beyond 20%.
