New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.14 million 5.3% yield notes tied to EAFE ETF, Russell

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.14 million of 5.3% yield notes due Oct. 7, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below its 80% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the worse performing asset beyond the buffer.
