Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.44 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 31, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each underlying finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.75 times the gain of the lesser performing underlying.
If either underlying falls but neither falls by more than 50%, the payout will be par.
If either underlying falls by more than 50%, the payout will be par plus return of the lesser performer with full exposure to losses.
