New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.16 million capped buffered equity notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.16 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Aug. 20, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 50%.

Investors will receive par if the fund fall by up to 14.5% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 14.5%.
