New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.08 million buffered accelerated notes on basket

Olympia, Wash., July 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.08 million of buffered accelerated return equity securities due March 11, 2020 linked to a basket of funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 60% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund with a 40% weight.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return, subject to a maximum return of 17.25%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
