JPMorgan plans capped buffered equity notes linked to MSCI EAFE ETF
New York, June 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered equity notes due Sept. 17, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain recorded by the ETF up to a maximum return of at least 19%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer amount.

The notes will price on June 12 and settle on June 15.
The Cusip number is 48129MZR0.
