New Issue: JPMorgan sells $987,000 buffered digital notes on Euro Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., April 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $987,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due March 26, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If each underlying finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the contingent digital return of 30.75%.

Investors will receive par if either underlying falls but neither falls by more than 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performer beyond the 10% buffer.
