New Issue: JPMorgan sells $3.04 million review notes on Russell 2000, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.04 million of 0% review notes due Sept. 6, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 12.15% per year if each index closes at or above the initial level on any semiannual review date.

If the notes are not called, investors will receive par at maturity if the lesser performing asset falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% that the lesser-performing asset falls by more than 20%.
