New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.5 million buffered return equity notes on iShares EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., March 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.5 million of 0% buffered return equity securities due Sept. 3, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund gains or finishes flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return, capped at 18.1%. If the fund declines by 10% or less, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
