New Issue: Deutsche Bank sells $1.21 million uncapped BUyS on EAFE, Stoxx basket

Columbus, Ohio, March 8 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $1.21 million of 0% uncapped buffered underlying securities due Feb. 26, 2021 linked to an equally weighted basket of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 179% of any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
