TD Bank plans leveraged market-linked notes on iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 29 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and contingent downside due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% to 140% of the ETF return.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to the decline if the ETF falls by more than 30%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the agents.

The notes will price on Jan. 30.

The Cusip number is 89114QKG2.
