New Issue: Barclays sells $1.43 million trigger gears linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.43 million of 0% trigger gears due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.64 times any ETF gain.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the ETF finishes below the 75% downside threshold level.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays are the agents.
