New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.03 million trigger PLUS on iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 3, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 173% of the fund.

If the fund falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
