UBS to price five-year trigger gears on iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 21 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger gears due Nov. 30, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.36 to 1.46 times the fund return.

Investors will receive par if the fund declines by 25% or less and be fully exposed to the fund’s decline from its initial level if it declines by more than 25%.

UBS Investment Bank and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price on Nov. 27.

The Cusip number is 90280X612.
