Citigroup to price 18-month capped buffer securities on iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 10 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% buffer securities due May 24, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, subject to a maximum return of at least 15.65%. Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to the buffer amount of 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond the buffer.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
The notes will price Nov. 21.
The Cusip number is 17324CP75.
