Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.02 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Dec. 13, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 8.25%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
