Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.3 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 9, 2019 linked to a basket of exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket includes the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund with a 38.46% weight, the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF trust with a 30.77% weight, the iShares Russell 2000 exchange-traded fund with a 15.39% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund with a 15.38% weight.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the basket return, subject to a maximum return of 18%. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% that the basket may decline beyond 10%.
