BMO to price buffered bullish enhanced return notes on iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 3 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due Oct. 10, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of 13.875% to 17.875%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
BMO Capital Markets Corp. is the agent.
The notes will price on Oct. 4.
The Cusip number is 06367TK74.
