JPMorgan plans three-year trigger gears linked to iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% trigger gears due Sept. 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.4 to 1.5 times any fund gain.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below its 80% downside threshold level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.

The notes will price Sept. 26.

The Cusip number is 48129J624.
