Chicago, Sept. 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.83 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 5, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 18.5%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
