New Issue: Barclays sells $745,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., July 20 – Barclays Bank plc priced $745,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 6, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.24 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
