JPMorgan plans trigger absolute return step notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, July 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% trigger absolute return step securities due July 29, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the gain and the step return of 22% to 26%.

If the fund falls by up to the 75% downside threshold, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the agents.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.

The Cusip number is 48129G539.
