JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on MSCI EAFE ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., July 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 31, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,150 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by the buffer amount of at least 19% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer. The exact buffer will be set at pricing.

The notes (Cusip: 46647MXJ7) will price on July 26 and settle on July 31.
