New York, July 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4 million of 5.1% yield notes due April 15, 2019 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either asset finishes below its 80% buffer, in which case investors will be lose 1.25% for each 1% loss of the worse performing asset beyond the buffer.
