Barclays to price buffered SuperTrack notes on iShares MSCI EAFE ETF

Knoxville, Tenn., July 6 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price buffered SuperTrack notes due Feb. 5, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.15 to 1.2 times the fund return. If the fund return is flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines beyond 10%.

The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 06741VZS4) will price on July 31 and settle on Aug. 3.
