New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.25 million 5.11% buffered notes linked to Russell, EAFE ETF

Tacoma, Wash., June 12 – Morgan Stanley priced $4.25 million of 5.11% fixed-income buffered securities due Nov. 13, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
If the final level of each underlier is greater than or equal to 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% that the lesser-performing underlier declines beyond 20%.
