New Issue: Barclays sells $2.2 million SuperTrack notes tied to MSCI EAFE fund

Chicago, May 9 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.2 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due Nov. 5, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.35 times any gain in the fund.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 30% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the fund finishes below the 70% barrier level.
