New Issue: Barclays prices $1.96 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, May 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.96 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due May 6, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 35%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
