Knoxville, Tenn., April 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.13 million of 5.1% yield notes due Sept. 18, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless either underlying finishes below its buffer level, 80% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worse-performing underlying beyond 20%.
