New Issue: Barclays prices $771,000 buffered SuperTrack notes on index, ETF basket

Columbus, Ohio, March 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $771,000 of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Sept. 27, 2019 linked to an equally weighted basket of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the basket gain. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
