JPMorgan plans capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., March 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due March 29, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return 19% to 23%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund finishes flat or falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 28.

The Cusip number is 46646QK95.
