New Issue: JPMorgan sells $509,000 capped buffered notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, March 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $509,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 28, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,200.25 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
