New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $5.75 million coupon buffered notes on Russell 2000, EAFE ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., March 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $5.75 million of 5.05% coupon buffered securities due April 13, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either component finishes below the 80% buffer level, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline of the worst performing component beyond 20%.
