Morgantown, W.Va., March 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.25 million of 0% trigger digital securities due March 7, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 10% unless the fund finishes below the 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
