New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.48 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Columbus, Ohio, March 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.48 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of 21.5%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
