New Issue: RBC prices $5.25 million trigger digital notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 21 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $5.25 million of 0% trigger digital securities due Feb. 22, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 9.8% unless the fund finishes below the 70% downside threshold, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
