Barclays plans buffered SuperTrack notes linked to index, ETF basket

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 9 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 14, 2019 linked to an equally weighted basket of the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the basket gain, subject to a maximum return of 61%. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Feb. 10.

The Cusip number is 06741VKP6.
