New Issue: JPMorgan prices $85,000 uncapped contingent buffered notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Feb. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $85,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Jan. 29, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the contingent minimum return of 34%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline if the fund falls by more than the 25% contingent buffer.
