New Issue: JPMorgan sells $330,000 uncapped contingent buffered equity notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $330,000 of uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Dec. 24, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the gain and the contingent minimum return of 38.5%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline if the ETF falls by more than the 25% contingent buffer.
