New Issue: JPMorgan sells $242,000 buffered return notes tied to iShares MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Dec. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $242,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 25, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 27%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
