New Issue: JPMorgan prices $158,000 contingent buffered notes on iShares MSCI EAFE

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $158,000 of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due Nov. 27, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final fund level is greater than or equal to the initial fund level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the fund return and 37%. If the fund declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par. If the fund declines by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final fund level is less than the initial fund level.
