Chicago, Dec. 2 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2.29 million of 0% allocation securities due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to a basket of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF trust, the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The best performing fund will be weighted 60% in the basket, and the fund with the second-best return will be weighted at 40%. The fund with the lowest return will have 0% weighting.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus any basket gain.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
