New Issue: Barclays prices $5.25 million buffered digital notes linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5.25 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Nov. 30, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is greater than or equal to negative 10%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15.35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 10%.
